In our yoga class, we cultivate a comfortable and warm environment, enhanced by soft, muffled lighting and the calming glow of candles. This atmosphere is essential for promoting relaxation and focus.
Each session begins with thorough joint rotations, from the head down to the toes, to prepare the body for movement and enhance mobility. Throughout the class, we incorporate Pilates exercises, keeping the body warm and facilitating quicker improvements in flexibility.
Our classes are designed for participants of all levels, accommodating both beginners and experienced athletes such as dancers, equestrians, and soccer players. We focus on enhancing flexibility, balance, and strength through a variety of poses and sequences.
Additionally, deep breathing techniques are integrated into each session. These techniques help participants gain control over nervous feelings, especially beneficial before exams, competitions, or athletic events.

Irina’s Story:
In December 2022, I embarked on a life-changing adventure that led me to the serene banks of the Ganges River in Rishikesh, India—widely celebrated as the Yoga Capital of the World. It was here, surrounded by the stunning foothills of the Himalayas, that I experienced yoga in its most authentic and transformative form.
I trained at one of the most renowned and historically significant yoga schools, where generations of seekers have learned the ancient art of yoga. For an intense, enriching four weeks, my days began before sunrise at 6 AM and ended with peaceful evening meditations at 7 PM. Every moment in between was filled with asanas, pranayama, anatomy, and deep explorations of yoga philosophy. The rhythm of disciplined practice, combined with the serene spiritual atmosphere of Rishikesh, made it an experience beyond words.
Throughout this journey, I accumulated over 600 hours of comprehensive yoga teacher training, refining my practice not only in India but also through continued education and experiences that have enriched my understanding of yoga as a holistic way of life.
This wasn’t merely about mastering poses—it was a profound immersion into a way of living, anchored in mindfulness, balance, and connection. I embraced the vibrant Indian culture, its soulful rituals, and its timeless wisdom, all of which provided new perspectives on life. Alongside passionate students from around the world, I shared in the joy of learning, growing, and discovering the boundless potential of the human spirit.
Now, as I teach yoga in Bandon, I bring this depth of knowledge and the spirit of my journey into every class. My mission is to share yoga’s transformative power with our community, making it accessible and welcoming for everyone—from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners.
