We offer 2 adult classes per week, designed to improve your strength, fitness, flexibility, and overall body control.
All adult classes are PAY AS YOU GO – 15€ per class
No long-term commitment, just show up and train!
TUESDAY – BODY STRENGTH & SHAPE (Female only, 16+)
This is a mixed-style class combining the best elements of:
Fitness
Power training
Pilates
Yoga
Stretching
This class is perfect if you want to:
Build full-body strength, Improve posture and flexibility
Tone and shape your body
Increase mobility and reduce stiffness
Feel stronger, more balanced, and energised.
It’s suitable for all levels, with options and progressions for everyone.
WEDNESDAY – ADULT GYMNASTICS (with Pavel)
A dynamic and challenging class focused on:
Strength development
Gymnastics-based skills
Bodyweight control
Core stability and coordination
In this class, we work more deeply on:
Functional strength
Gymnastics foundations
Skill development and technique
Building confidence in movement
This class is ideal if you want to push yourself, learn new skills, and develop real strength.
