In a women BJJ class you will get a basic understanding of Jiu-Jitsu principle and self defence to kick start your journey.

Irina has a purple belt in BJJ and has competed in many Irish, European and World Competitions.
She is a European Champion and Silver in the World Master Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu championship.
